In most interior renovation cases of a top-floor apartment, the starting point is a partitioned space, and the result is most likely an open space. However, in this case, the developers proposed a penthouse with an interior elevator, divided by glass walls and curtains. Ultimately it resorted to a more profitable solution in terms of trade, with two distinct apartments with a terrace surrounding all sides. The penthouse was pragmatically restructured into three bedrooms apartments with two bathrooms.

The apartment is organized along the longitudinal axis of the generous circulation, flanked by storage spaces. With a few exceptions, the exterior closing is made exclusively of sliding windows, with the maximum size allowed for the chosen system, so that the interior can communicate with the nature that surrounds the residential building.

The materials and color palette was reduced as much as possible, being rigorously distributed according to surfaces and volumes. All vertical finishes, including doors, have their heights from floor to ceiling. The open kitchen and the living area revolve around an island of 4 meters in length, with multiple purposes. The master bedroom and bathroom are separated by glass panels with white curtains for privacy. The formal rigor of the omnipresent right angle is humanized through organic graphics, hidden in contemplative spaces, like a respiratory system.
